“I have a computer, a vibrator, and pizza delivery. Why should I leave the house? “
― Sherrilyn Kenyon
Ok … so I am not gonna get pizza delivered … what I am gonna do is tell you how I fake it.
The Fixin’s …
- Kasha gluten free crisp bread
- sliced gluten free sausage
- fresh mushrooms
- black olives
- (usually I add fire roasted peppers too but was out today)
- Mozzarella cheese
The Fixing ?
Layer your stuff of choice on crisp bread, grill for about 3-5 min under the broiler.
Tastes just like Pizza Hut thin crust pizza … seriously ….
and let’s face it, if you have to fake anything … better pizza than an orgasm
FYI:
Buckwheat: Popular In Hot, Cold Cereals
Despite the off-putting name, buckwheat is not related to wheat and therefore is gluten-free. It’s actually not a grain, either; instead, it’s actually considered a fruit. But most cultures that have cultivated buckwheat use it as a grain substitute, most frequently as hot or cold gluten-free cereal. In fact, “kasha” is technically roasted buckwheat groats (but you shouldn’t assume that cereals named “kasha” are all gluten-free, since many contain gluten ingredients). Half a cup of buckwheat groats contain about 6 grams of fiber, plus about 12% of your needed iron allowance and a trace of calcium.
